As TNE experienced growth, they encountered several significant challenges:Critical information was scattered across multiple Google Drive folders, creating a digital maze that made efficient information retrieval difficult. Despite having +7 years of experience, each year started from "scratch" using new Google Sheets, without fully leveraging their valuable accumulated knowledge.
